Simge Soto Carril began her legal career in Istanbul, Turkey in 2009. After graduating from University of Istanbul, Faculty of Law, she worked in reputable international law firms in Istanbul as a lawyer (Avukat) and focused on corporate laws and international arbitration. In 2015, she completed her Master of Laws (LL.M.) studies at the University of Cologne, Germany with Magna cum Laude (with great praise) degree and started working in corporate department of a reputable international magic circle law firm in Hamburg, Germany. After being involved in various international M&A transactions and gaining experience regarding corporate laws at international law firms, she continued her legal career as an in house corporate lawyer at an international middle-sized Clinical Contract Research Organisation ("CRO") located in Hamburg and worked with several pharmeaceutical and biotech companies on clinical trials and site contracting matters. Simge Soto Carril also completed a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program at the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg, Germany. Simge Soto Carril is a member of both Istanbul and Hamburg Bar Associations.  She speaks Turkish, English, German and Spanish.
